PRODUCT RETURNS

Order Cancellation

All online orders which are placed can be cancelled provided item has not been shipped. Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days after payment has been processed and cleared. If an order has not been shipped and you choose to cancel, we will provide full refund amount including shipping cost. If items have already been shipped and you require a refund then you will need to return the products once you received them within 14 days. Upon receiving the return products, provided item(s) are returned in suitable conditions (see ‘Returns‘ section below), your purchase amount will be refunded less the shipping cost.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify SUNGHUE Chilli Sauce company in writing via email (info@sunghue.com.au) of your intention to claim a refund. Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of determination.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sunghue.com.au and we will provide you with a return address.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

ALL returned items need to be shipped with a tracking number to verify product return and to enable your items’ location to be tracked.

E-GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. SUNGHUE Gift Cards (E-Gift Cards) entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the E-Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.
  2. E-Gift Cards are only redeemable online at our online retail store in Australia at www.sunghue.com.au
  3. E-Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
  4. The value shown on an E-Gift Card is GST exempt.
  5. E-Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. If the E-Gift Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the E-Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the E-Gift Card and the retail price of the goods.
  7. All SUNGHUE E-Gift Cards sold do not expire. E-Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time even if an E-Gift Card specifies an expiry date.
  8. Should SUNGHUE PTY LTD suspect any fraud relating to an E-Gift Card, it may refuse to redeem the E-Gift Card until SUNGHUE PTY LTD is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
  9. SUNGHUE PTY LTD is not liable for any lost/stolen E-Gift Cards. Please contact SUNGHUE PTY LTD via email immediately if your E-Gift Card has been lost/stolen. Lost/stolen E-Gift Cards can only be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided and the E-Gift Card has not been redeemed.
