Refund policy

At Sunghue, bold flavour and high quality come standard in every jar. We take pride in every batch we make, and if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?

No worries — just let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@sunghue.com.au with the following details:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• A few clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and affected jars that were damaged.

Our team will review your claim and arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Change of mind?

Orders can be cancelled and refunded only if we’re notified before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has left our hands and is in the third-party courier system, it cannot be cancelled.

In line with food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been delivered.

 

Shipping Time Frames

Australia (Domestic)

Our shipping times below are estimates based on past Australia Post performance. Shipping times may take longer if weekends and/or public holidays are included during transit. Unexpected periods of calamity could also delay the shipping.

    Processing & Dispatch
    All orders are processed and dispatched in 1–2 business days by Australia Post.

    Standard Shipping (Estimated Delivery Times):
    Victoria: 1–3 business days
    NSW, SA & QLD: 3–5 business days
    WA: 5–8 business days

    Express Shipping: 
    Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days, depending on location.

    Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs can’t be refunded for situations beyond our control, such as:

    1. An incorrect delivery address entered at checkout.

    2. Parcels returned to us because they weren’t collected.

    Shipping fees cover handling and delivery by Australia Post and are considered completed once a parcel has been lodged with them.

    To avoid issues, please make sure your delivery details are correct and that parcels are collected within the required timeframe.
