SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Order Cancellation

All online orders which are placed can be cancelled provided the item has not been shipped. Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days after payment has been processed and cleared. If an order has not been shipped and you choose to cancel, we will provide a full refund amount including the shipping cost. If items have been shipped and you require a refund then you will need to return the products once you received them within 14 days. Upon receiving the return products, provided the item(s) are returned in suitable conditions (see ‘Returns‘ section below), your purchase amount will be refunded less the shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

SUNGHUE makes great efforts to ensure all orders are packed carefully to prevent breakage. SUNGHUE does not accept any responsibility for damaged or delays as a result of third party courier issues such as damage, missing parcels,, errors in shipping labels, couriers delays or misplacing collection cards in the event that receiver was not home to receive or sign for parcels.  In the event a parcel is returned to SUNGHUE due to failure of the purchaser to schedule redelivery or to pick parcel from an alternate delivery location, a shipping charge will need to be paid for the order to be reshipped.   

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Australia (Domestic)

Our shipping times below are estimates based on past Australia Post performance. Shipping times may take longer if weekends and/or public holidays are included during transit. Unexpected periods of calamity could also delay the shipping. Orders are usually processed and dispatched on the same of next day of order placement.

Once the package is handed to our courier in Melbourne, its movement is beyond our control.

    Processing & Dispatch
    All orders are processed and dispatched in 1–2 business days by Australia Post or Sendle Australia.

    Standard Shipping (Estimated Delivery Times):
    Victoria: 1–3 business days
    NSW, SA & QLD: 3–5 business days
    WA: 5–8 business days

    Express Shipping: 
    Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days, depending on location.

    Returns

    Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, you must notify SUNGHUE Chilli Sauce company in writing via email (info@sunghue.com.au) of your intention to claim a refund. Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of determination.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sunghue.com.au and we will provide you with a return address.

    Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

    ALL returned items need to be shipped with a tracking number to verify product return and to enable your items’ location to be tracked.
